Workers treating algae in Reflecting Pool with hydrogen peroxide and ‘nanobubbles’

The bottom of the pool is not "paint" but polyuria/polyurethane.Hydrogen peroxide is not a paint remover. It's a bleach that will stain things, but not remove it.What you see in the picture is that while the bottom is green with algae, the water is actually pretty clear. The ozone filtration system seems to be keeping up.There were criticisms when they were applying the coating that they weren't doing enough to prepare the surface. These criticisms appear to have predicted this problem.
